Architect / Senior Technical Lead

Responsibilities
- Engage in initial discussions with clients/product owners, and collaboratively work with the BA teams for pre-sales and requirement gathering activities
- Architect and design solutions for complex enterprise-level business challenges
- Ability to document and effectively communicate technical solutions to different stakeholders (E.g. business users, developers)
- Apply and advocate for problem-solving skills and industry best practices in tandem to design and develop world-class, scalable solutions efficiently and effectively
- Understand and elucidate or produce technical solution specifications and execute on development, including by leading/mentoring all levels of Engineers
Requirements
- 10 + years of experience, including at least 2 in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, SE, IT, or a related field
- Proficiency in enterprise-level application design and development
- Experience leading teams developing on cloud technologies including public clouds (E.g. Azure, AWS) and containerized workloads with Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience in enterprise application/data integration is preferred
