Senior Business Analyst
Colombo – Full Time

Responsibilities
- Elicitation, analysis, modelling and documentation of client requirements
- Facilitating technical design sessions with the internal team to articulate and define solutions
- Providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guide project teams from design & development to UAT and delivery
- Effective engagement in multiple projects to deliver desired outcomes
- Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing, Client Demos, Trainings, etc
- Provide metrics to management for project status tracking
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electronics Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Ability to learn and adapt to new, complex development environments
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant business analyst / consulting experience in software field
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with a multicultural team and international clients
- Knowledge and experience on Scrum/ Agile practices is preferable
- Previous international exposure is considered valuable
- Experience in the hospitality, health and/or telecommunication domains will be considered an added advantage
