Senior UI/UX Designer
Colombo – Full Time
We are on the lookout for talented, innovative and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces with consideration for different personas, functional/non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with customers, Product Managers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user flows, including through conducting design sprints
- Test user interfaces/experiences with a variety of stakeholders and iterate on feedback
- Work with Front-End Engineers and QAs in an agile setting to consult on and guide the implementation of designs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation/facilitation skills
Requirements
- 4 + years of experience as a designer
- Possess a strong portfolio with prior web/mobile application designs showcased
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS
- Proficiency with design tools (eg- Adobe XD, and other Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop)
- Prior experience building design systems is an added advantage
